Sesame Saute with Pea Tendrils, Leek, and Bok Choy
2 leeks
1 bunch pea tendrils, longer stems removed
1 head bok choy
2 Tbs. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
Chop the leeks and sauté in the sesame oil until soft. Add the garlic and the greens and cook until wilted. Serve hot and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
