Oven-Roasted Asparagus
Bake at 400 until tender, or starting to brown. You can stir them once if you are like me and enjoy them cooked a little longer and browner. Sea salt to taste. Fresh organic asparagus at our stands in Granby and Montague in May and early June! Local asparagus is only around for a couple weeks. Not a bad idea to eat it daily while it’s here… |
