FOR NEW SIGNUPS: Please note that the Spring CSA has already begun. There is (1) remaining distribution available for signup at prorated pricing in the form below. Signup forms submitted before noon on Friday, May 5th will begin picking up the following Friday at your selected location.

SNAP CSA SIGNUP FORMS: Updated versions of the SNAP/EBT signup form PDFs for the 2023 Spring CSA can be found by clicking the links below. To signup, download the PDF for your area (as well as the LEP form if applicable), fill out the required information, and return to the farm (preferably via email, as this will significantly cut down on processing time with the DTA).
