After we get your application information, we will give interviews with qualified candidates. We'd like for you to visit the farm and work with us for a little while, if possible. Otherwise we will set up a formal phone interview. After the interview or visit, if we'd like you to work at the farm, we will offer you the position and work out specific start dates.
